Beauty secrets are never secrets if you just look close enough. As a curious child, my attention would always follow along the unique. This was particularly the case that had me delighted with surprise as I observed the women in my life turn to the most unsuspecting of ingredients to bring an answer to complex skincare problems. Whether it was cracking open a coconut for its freshwater, or scooping up a dollop of curd to apply. Seeing these extraordinary women find answers in the most ordinary of natural ingredients left me amazed and curious, to say the least.

“Curioser and curioser”, as Alice spouted in Alice in Wonderland. Much like her, I dove deep into the world of skincare and found myself asking one profound question. Why reach out for store-bought offerings when the same could be done with natural ingredients, if not better?
